I also have a very loose cut circ and when it's soft I can pull the skin completely over the head where it looks like it's uncut. Sometimes (mostly when it's hot and humid), when I'm completely soft, the skin will partially cover the head on its own and it will stay covered until I pull the skin back or start getting hard. If it stays covered for a while the head is moist. The majority of the time a lot of loose skin stays bunched up behind the head, kinda looks like some uncut dicks with the skin pulled back. So much so that I've always pulled the skin back to wash it when I'm bathing ( thought all guys did this but apparently not). Even on hard I can still partially cover the head and I have a pretty big dick head. Even when I'm rock hard the skin is still loose and not tight at all.
