Metal braces are the strongest so he may need some serious moving of teeth. Also the gentler methods take longer overall.

No hate whatsoever to that Valentino guy but I swear ever since their sex content I lost ALL if any thirst to CJ. Like I'm a fan of his content exclusively outside OF, that killed it completely for me like with no one ever before!

I had metal braces twice. Horrible. Always ripped into my cheek, and the pain from the teeth moving was often excruciating. Braces as an adult is not fun.
Braces as a kink is probably a stretch, and I doubt anyone would choose them if they were not the only/best option.
