yeah but he's not wrong if we're being honest... that kind of bulk doesn't come from lots of chicken breasts and lifting in just 6 months
that seems like mostly muscle memory and fat to me but what do i know
It’s crazy to me how easy people in this website just accuse anyone with good muscle mass of using steroids.
I’m in the fitness industry. It is not as difficult for people to get that body type as some assume. Besides, working on his body is literally like 75% of this guys life. Doing this naturally is very achievable

I just watched another influencer do it too it's absolutely possible
he’s just regaining the muscle he used to have which is way faster than building it in the first place
How can you be in the industry and ask such a question? Do you know how many people get on the cycle for short bursts? Enough has been already said about just how rampant steroid use is. Folks are not saying getting to his shape is IMPOSSIBLE without them, but I feel like the pace was sided by something or he has S tier genetics and discipline.
It’s not like he works, so he has plenty of time to spend in the gym.
I was about to say I go to a gym populated largely by OF guys and they literally work out all day. That’s literally their job.
Let’s suppose for arguments sake that he is jacked up on steroids. Does that make him unattractive? However he got where he is, I think he’s a hot guy. Beyond hoping that whatever he’s doing isn’t going to adversely affect his health, I don’t care about his fitness journey that much.
The way this steroid conspiracy has y’all panties in a bunch… you would’ve thought he said something problematic..
A lot of the muscle he put on he has had previously. Your body is capable of regaining muscle it had previously faster than completely new skeletal muscle mass. 6 months, his whole job is “gym”, funds to eat the correct diet everyday and take the needed supplements. Plus adding back a lot of muscle he previously had. 100% possible without steroids.
I mean, it's still a chill discussion...and everyone's just sharing their opinions, respectfully without any snark or disrespect... And a lot of us do workout and hope to gain muscle mass, so it's genuine curiosity (and a mix of admiration and jealousy). But he looks so fucking hot, so that's that.
