He’s never denied that it was a hydrocele. He mentioned it before and said he decided not to do anything about it because it wasn’t dangerous. Then at least.I hope it heals too. I don’t fully know if hydroceles can be dangerous. Thankfully I’ve never had one. But if that’s what he cured, he’s had it for 15+ years, since I’ve seen his early 20s pics and his one ball was monstrous compared to the other even then.
Personally I think his balls are naturally sizeable, but I must admit as a guy with naturally huge ones (bigger than cliff), it does irk me when he’d play off his hydrocele as if it was a natural bigness to his testicle. Sorry man, but water/fluid-filled medical anomalies in your balls are anomalies, not natural testicle cellular structures
