Cock Ring Too Small?

There are many adjustable rings on the market, some nearly infinitely adjustable. They have many ways of closure from snaps to buttons to hole and peg designs.
I’ve commented on many threads on this site about selecting cockrings for those who are new and looking. I always suggest these adjustable models or those that are super stretchy and easily removed.
After years of wearing them I know my size down to the mm or 1/16”.
They can be a fun addition but aren’t for everyone. Rings that are narrow are better for new guys. Fort Troff has some great stretchy and inexpensive silicone choices. You can’t go wrong with that company.
