1. I use only silicon rings. The reason is that 20 years ago wearing a tight metal one I achieved extremely hard erection, the blood circulation stopped and taking the ring off was absolutely impossible. To wear: grease well the cock and balls with lubricant (I use baby oil), stretch the ring and slide it to the desired position - base of cock, balls or both etc. You could use as many rings or slings as you want. For each place use appropriate size to achieve slight tightness. When an erection begins, the tightness and therefore the sensation increase. Wearing and removing the rings is much easier and their effect much greater when the pubic area is shaved and smooth.

I have one also, but have only used it a couple of times. When you see the package and device, it looks really huge.
