I'm still working on my testing phase. I use a 6.25" (2" dia) chrome ring from Home Depot. While nice, my balls will slip out if they are not stimulated. OTOH, the 5.4" rubber ring fills the bill. But for extended wear not so much. I think one should look for two. A comfort one... And a business one!.

Thicker at the bottom than the top, right? I have all five of the sizes, good for doubling up. There's also a magnetic version that comes in three sizes. However, I've found the magnet isn't really strong enough. It freqently comes loose when I sit down. When I stack them I use one of the solid ones first and then the magnetic. Easier to put on and take off and the magnets do hold as long as it's not at the bottom of the stack.
