Basically a guy hooking up with another guy on their own time with no money exchanged. But that number of people is actually very low.

Having hired and known so many straight guys in the business for the past 8 plus years, 95% of them want nothing to do with other guys in a sexual way outside of working and actually getting paid for it. Well look at it this way. For many years the "gay film" industry has always preferred to hire straight guys because of their masculinity compared to all the more feminine gay men that show up wanting to do the job. Yes there is a market for that, and those guys get hired too, but it's not a money making market which is why we see so very little of that.

For myself as a recruiter in the escort business, I purposely never hire trans or flamboyant gay men because no one is asking for them. We tried, and they get called out maybe twice a month. But if I do purposely hire gay men, then their usually very masculine and in the closet type of gay men that everybody thinks is straight.

But for these straight guys it's just a job to them. They don't sign up because they're secretly closet gay or bi and it's their way of being able to hook up with other guys off camera . Only gay men watching from home with an imagination created that mindset only for themselves. Sorry guys, but it is what it is.
