I tend bar, and I not only freeball, but wear a cock ring and a ball cuff in slim-fit pants at work. Since the pants are black, the bulge is very subtle and even I have to look for it in the mirror. I can't recall ever seeing customers glance at it, but the way I see it, it's subtle enough that they'll only notice if they're looking for it. If they enjoy the view, it might translate into better tips!

I used to be a food server and always wore briefs. If you usually wear boxers, commando is virtually the same thing and wouldn't be a big deal. If you usually wear briefs or boxer briefs, you may get frequent boners because of your goods flopping around as you're constantly moving between the kitchen and the dining room. The few times that I wore boxers, I boned up all night. Boxer guys and freeballers are used to their goods moving around and wouldn't have a problem working commando. For you, I'd also consider what color are your uniform pants. If they're black or a dark color, you could probably get away with it. Otherwise, if you wear light pants, your boner may be noticeable, and that may be the last thing that you want when you're slammed on a Saturday night.

I don't wear underwear at all anymore... commando! I only wear underwear when I know people are gonna see it, or for lounging around.

I am always commando, except when I am naked. I have never been a server but don't think that it would cause me to wear underwear. I am often an event speaker and do that commando in khaki chinos. Works for me.

Only commando at home. I work outside. I get tired of sitting on my nuts, and having them stick to my butt. They stay stuck to my butt or thigh. The high humidity here will make you drip. I hate feeling the sweat roll down my ass, onto my taint, and down the inside of my thighs.
