I'd start off with something just a bit thicker than you are and 2" longer or so. If you get a softer sleeve, it will feel real to her. Some sleeves (most of them actually) are a hard rubber and they suck. Too firm...not real at all. Stay away from anything that says "PVC" for material. Stick with silicone or TPE or TPR. The latter two will need to be kept away from other toys or they will "melt".
