I've compared, casually, in the locker room before, but not side by side actual comparison. I mean, a guy will sort of eye me and I'll do the same, or some guy says (like one did just the other day after watching me in the steam room, then the shower, the drying off), "It's a shame to put that away" as I'm pulling up my boxers.

But real comparisons for me were done at sleepovers when I was in middle school or high school. It can be difficult to initiate between freinds, depending on your realtionship with your freinds. Usually there is a in born sense of competition between men and if you happen to be on the subject of dicks its a opportune time to make challenging statements for the other guys to have their ego get the best of them. Other more subtle ways is standing next to them in urinals or getting a girl who is freindly with your circle of freinds to introduce the topic of 'whos got the biggest' when hanging out. Make sure you definatly want to compare with your freinds before you do though, it's the type of thing that could ruin 'realtionships'. Comparing with 'strangers' or people who arnt in your close circle of freinds is different altogether.
