Yes, years ago I got a girlfriend pregnant when a condom broke (she was a nurse and had a D and C as soon as she realized). It happened a few other times with other females over the years, fortunately without pregnancy or any other side effects, and one even came off - when I pulled out it was still inside her vagina, along with my cum!

Some guys just cant put on a condom right. Ive had to correct someone before on the proper ways of putting it on despite the person being sexually active prior to me. Apparantely he couldn't figure out why it would break on him previous times.

Breaking condoms is part of being hung. I would always break them on one night stands. The one time you really don't want them to break they do. Yes, I have broken condoms 3 or 4 times. Usually the problem is that they were standard sized and not larger.
