i have a problem and i know a guy with a similar dick who also has, while putting condom

the thing is, my penis girth isn't uniform, its kinda shaped like a street cone.. the difference between the base and mid-base and the top is like 1,5 girth difference (6.5 at the base and middle, and like 5 in the top part)

that makes the condom naturally unroll a bit to the top, putting pressure on my middle dick too much, and the end result is always a lackluster erection, making condom sex very shitty

anyone know a solution?

Try a different condom? I sort of have the same problem except it doesn't stop me getting erections. It does leave a red ring around my penis after use though.

Try Magnum XL or another large brand.

Try a larger condom, it may be baggy at the top but if it fits at the base it shouldn't slip away.

If you are in Europe, the largest models of MySize or TheyFit should work.

I had a FWB that had the same problem. He was 8x7. The condom that worked for him was the Trojan Ecstasy, which he preferred to the magnum line. The upside is he liked cock rings, and this particular condom (ecstasy) has a tighter base.
