Was in the doctor's office there other day. The male nurse was wearing tight cut scrubs that were seemed to be extremely tightly cut. I'm talking tight from the waist to the ankle. I used to be a grower but now I'm nicely 15cm~6in soft, and wore dark skinny jeans all my life without bulging too much. My guess is that some dicks are more elastic and can be flattened more easily than others. Now that I love going commando and sleeping naked (and thus turning more into a shower dick) I am concious of my bulge and check out if it looks better than in all these previous years.

In my experience with some skinny jeans, clothing can be pretty "thick", and garments can hid "contrast" (i.e. that's why going commando is going to bulge much more blatantly) thus giving a more "uniform" crotch area and not bulging. So, not even having a nice bigger than average dick can guarantee bulge.

I've just checked out with my skinny jeans commando and... some jeans/trousers hide the bulge more or less well when you wear briefs and wear said jeans/trousers low waisted with more room in the crotch area.

On the other hand, jeans that have a very high inseam (right at the perineum, think 70s style like Led Zeppelin) are a bulge guarantee, as you need to pack everything to your prefered side in order to be remotely confortable.
