What exactly is the problem? Can you be more specific? All we're told is there's a "problem" but no definition. Is it a server problem? What is the problem itself?

Unfortunately I don't know anything else than the chat being down and that we can expect it to be working again some time later today

Yes it's still down. I think it's been about 3 days now. Can't believe they can't fix it. Normally they just reset it and put it back online.
