No, why would it? I think the number of partners a person has deals more with their overall personality as well as moral standards. There are a lot of mediocre looking sluts out there who fuck anything in pants.

I think for the most part the initial attraction to someone is their looks so I'd say yeah, at least the opportunity would probably present itself more to them.
