The sign is up in all network rail stations across the country as well as all around the concourse. It says that permission to enter the station is implied and you can be removed from the station if due to anti social behaviour et Al

I don’t think the signs are aimed at cruisers (apart from the two policemen at Charing X) certainly at other places I think it was to with the homeless etc hence why the signs first appeared at station(s) entrance but I get your comment was made in jest!
