@bdiller, Hey dude. There’s a few active spots. The bay bathroom is a good go to - guys check it out frequently and a tap of the foot means throw your cock under the stall for an anonymous hand job. UOttawa is nearby - fifth floor bathroom of Vanier Hall is where the dudes go. P4 Trimm Rd off the 417 is a very active spot with dudes often jerking in their cars and always looking for an extra hand. Happy hunting.
