Obviously they're not. There are many many threads here where GIFs are posted every day and are very popular. What format do you suggest/prefer? We can't upload Vids due to size issues. You can use the URLs to videos, but over time the URL goes bad, gets moved, etc.
Please let us know your thoughts. Just still images?

So what? Most of them get moved or go bad and it's usually not that great a period of time. The previous thread similar to this one started by a former member was all URL-based and dating back to 2015/16 and most of the URLs are broken or lost so if that's the way we're to go then enjoy them now. That's all.

I didn't say that they were better. My point is that it's very disappointing to go to a URL and find nothing. I do think vids are better and wish there was a way to post our own clips, but that's a space issue as it is on many sites.
