So I read around the internet, and along with some info I came across this thread http://www.thundersplace.org/forum/showthread.php?t=120848

please give it a read. (Need to be member though)

"(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg"

Does anybody have any idea how to come across these supplements, in The Netherlands?

Also I read Maca could help. Also, where to find this?

I searched google. I have no idea.

I'd rather get it in a store. But if anybody has an internet location thats fine too, just..less discrete :<

Arginine is found in any whey protein supplement. Typically, a 45-gram serving of protein will have about 500 mg of Arginine in it. Twice a day and you're set. You don't have to spend money on a powder arginine supplement.

Zinc is foun din any once-a-day vitamin supplement, but Europeans have allowed their governments to pass ridiculous restrictive laws governing the usage of even the most common vitamins and minerals. But you could order zinc easily on the net. A zinc chelate is best.

Pygeum, Lecithin, and Maca can all be ordered from the excellent Canadian company www.mountainroseherbs.com. The site is a little dated but their product is superb and so is the service.
Pygeum will come in a powder form; it is unpalatable, you will have to spin it into your protein shakes to comsume it. You might even have to buy capsules -- this is still cheaper than buying factoried capsules of the stuff.
Lecithin comes in bags, 5-lbs if you want. I just keep it in the fridge and mix that into my protein shakes too, along with the maca. Lecithin and maca have little flavor -- you will know they are in the mix, but nothing bad.

These amounts you have specified are rather arbitrary, just get these things going into your body daily. Lecithin, maybe two heaping tablespoons a day, later four. Maca, maybe one flat teaspoon twice a day. Don't get clinical or anal about it.

One guy on this site wrote about peanuts increasing precum and semen. So I went back out and bought a bunch of raw peanut butter, which I have always loved to eat in huge amounts. I'd avoided it for a while because the Eat-Right-4-Your-Type guy said it was bad for Blood-type O people. I have no trouble eating half-a-jar at a time! So I started doing that again, and -wow! - in a day or two the result really surprised me. And I am 49 years old! Nice precum flow, more semen than in forever.
I don't get it, but I like it a lot.
Who'd'ha' thunk? Plain old peanuts...
