Who know the best and almost garanteed way to max out your cum loads.

Like Peter North shoots massive cum loads. How can you increase your cum load shots?

Ok, so I've been on the L-Arginine, L-Lysine, and Lecithin for a week now.

My loads are definitely larger (I just about choked the last guy on the amount) and my orgasms are more powerful ... I'm maintaining a semi almost ALL the time, so my dick is larger.

The one effect I don't like, which was mentioned previously is that I'm pre-cumming all the time. I normally pre-cum a lot, but this is ridiculous. My underwear is wet all the time.

I'm assuming this is an effect of the lecithin? That right?
 
I became cum volume obsessed at about the age of 16 when I edged for the first time and paid attention to my own volume/force.

Over time, I believe that edging frequently increases the base orgasm size. I don't have any hard data to prove it, but, I have consistently shot more and more over time.

Edging + hydration + maintaining arousal for a long time before starting to have sex or masturbate = big loads.

Also, "splitting" your load causes you to cum more in total by a good measure. I don't know if everyone can do it, but, removing stimulus just after the point of no return and allowing your body to work out a "weak" orgasm, waiting for about 30 seconds, and then hammering out another "strong" orgasm, seems to produce a lot more cum for me.

The only other tip I have for increasing volume, is to ensure blood flow to the dick has been there as long as possible before cumming. Maybe get it hard and measure it, "push out" as though you are trying to urinate, flex as though you are trying to hold in urine repeatedly (you might even notice a temporary size increase if you do this long/hard enough). Try to cum without touching it, and then edge for a while.

I have shot cum over my own head while sitting many, many times using these methods.
 
Hello all.... been reading this thread with interest, and thought id share my experience and advice.

A while ago I wondered the same thing, and did some research. I thought it would be so hot to blast out a huge load like a porn star.
I started taking zinc (tiny amount a day, you don't seem to get any extra benefit from too much) and Ginko Biloba. I also started doing PC (or kegel) exercises pretty intensely every day. After 6 months the increase to my load was so substantial I couldnt even remember what it used to be like.

Also, keep in mind guys, all zinc supplements are not created equal! Zinc gluconate (the type of zinc you're getting at drug stores) is not very highly absorbable and must be taken with food or else it will make you nauseated.

wait exactly 7 days from the time of your last cum and then go for it. You'll cum harder than normal and you'll have a whole lot of ejaculate. Your body is pretty much a zero sum game- a gain in one place means a loss in another. Every system is so intertwined, taking any sort of supplement (drug) would probably really mess something else up (especially where your reproductive tract is involved). Think of your biochemistry like a complex mechanical clock- if you change the way the one gear moves, the other gears will be affected, and all the hands will move differently.

That said, one of the first things your body does when you're having health issues is shut off semen production. It probably makes for healthier offspring- sick stinkapes don't reproduce.

Your max production is probably around 2 tsp a shot. Next to keeping your brain fed, making sperm is the most taxing thing your body does. A lot of people eat low quality fruits and vegetables, so taking micronutrient supplements might help with the nutritious diet issue. (Re: Zn comment)

So my guess is that the standard 'stay healthy' mantra would put your semen production at its maximum:
  • drink 4-8 glasses of water a day
  • eat a nutrious diet
  • get enough sleep
  • exercise regularily
  • drink less than five servings of alcohol a month
  • stay away from other recreational drugs, including caffeine & tobacco
If you have recently had a health issue that's affected semen production, it'll take around ninety days for it to recover.

Something for me that I have tried and partners have told me, that it increased the amount of cum is Lecithin. It is a dietary supplement. You can buy it at GNC or CVS. You cant take to much of it ( no way to overdose ) you can get it in 1200 mg capsules. It also promotes brain function and increase immune response according to the bottle. I have also read that helps emulsify fat in the body.

I have never tried any of those "Magic" pills that talk about increasing the volume and all that. But lecithin seems to work.
I take 2 a day twice a day with my other vitamins and meals. I have also read that a lot of the seventies and eighties porn stars said eating a lot of eggs helped the volume of there loads. eggs have some of the same ingredients that lecithin does.

The amount of fluid (not sperm) you shoot is limited by the capacity of your seminal vesicles, a right/left pair "storage tank" glands that are between the prostate and the bladder. Mammals like pigs that shoot a lot of cum have huge vesicles compared to humans.

You can probably take various supplements and stay hydrated to get to your genetically programmed maximum capacity, and maybe increase slowly over time, but it's hard to imagine them getting to enough capacity that you'd shoot a whole cup full.

Try L-Arginine. A dietary supplement. I have taken 1000mg daily with food for about 3 months now. After 1 week I noticed an increase. Also, I've heard that porn stars are told not to ejaculate for at least a week before shooting (no pun intended) pornos.

For someone of normal weight, one pill of 50mg zinc citrate per day should not cause any problems, but taking even two could have damaging effects. (I know because I became quite ill once after having taken two in addition to my normal multivitamins). I have found, however, that if I take it at the same time as my regular iron supplement, I can take one-and-a-half of these pills without any ill effect.

My favourite cum increasing method, howver, is to just munch on raw anise root ...

i took L-Arginine, L-Histidine and zinc before and upped my loads by a significant amount. i was also a lot hornier. you can find out about the functions of these aminos in wikipedia. there's a lot of hoohah about what actually works, but i think the nitric oxide production and stimulation of endocrine system helps. taking chinese yang tonics also helps - jin gui shen qi wan for example. but if your body doesn't need it, you're just going to burn yourself out. i agree with fri2219 and my recommendation would be to eat lots of leafy greens and live a healthy lifestyle.

one more thing: i read the book "the multiorgasmic male" by mantak chia, and practiced his daoist jing saving technique. it allowed me to have multiple orgasms, and after about the 10th "dry" orgasm, i'd let rip and basically drop a large omlette all over my partner. it was pretty intense but takes a lot of work to get it right.

I am not 100% sure but I think that the L-Histidine increases your histimine production and histimine is required for orgasm.
