As mine is tiny when soft, I always get impressed when I see large soft ones. Mine is 2x3 inches soft.

I'm in the same boat as you. When soft and sheathed I'm only about 2". Pulling back the foreskin yeilds another inch.

Same boat being small soft here too. Only about 1-2 inches soft. Always impressed when a guy has a thicker longer softy than mine is fully hard. That said, small softies have a certain aesthetic to them too and I’ve known quite a few guys that like smaller ones.

Mine bounces like a yo-yo between 2 and 5" soft. Very occasionally I'll catch it in a weird 'mood' when it'll get almost full hard length yet still be totally soft. I have a few pics in my album.
