My partner died in February, and two songs are vry much wrapped up in that trauma of my life. Sia's Bird Set Free and Imaginary Dragons Birds. I had created a thematic playlist on Spotify which both songs were part of, and coincidently, I was listening to a lot at the time of his death. Bird, a playlist by Matt Martin on Spotify

Don't have Spotify but found those songs you mentioned on youtube. I like both of them.

Thank you. I've used music for therapy most of my life. It does wonders, and is so good for fixing events into memories
