Be Still - Kelly Clarkson

Far, away from it all
You and me with no one else around
A brand new start
Is all we need, it's all we need to mend these hearts
Back to the beginning

Be still
Let it go

Before we lost hope
When we still touched and love wasn't so hard

Be still
I already know

Foolish one with the smile
You don't have to be brave
Every time we fall down
But we're falling from grace
I'll gladly climb your walls if you'll meet me halfway

Slow, slow it down
Why do we run, we're missing so much babe
Just lay in my arms for a while

Be still
We should've known

Foolish one with the smile
You don't have to be brave
I'll gladly climb your walls
If you'll meet me halfway
Every time we fall down
But we're falling from grace
Here's my hand and my heart
It's yours to take

I have an 80s mix going on right now, with Cutting Crew - I Just Died in your Arms Tonight. Round the corner is Mister Mister with Broken Wings. You just can't beat the classics.

just for the record, 'my' version actually belongs to homelessmandril

though he's not getting it back, not now, not ever. because he's evil. and he smells. and he really does look like his avatar.

another great choice off the first disc would be THE DAMNED - NEW ROSE

can't stop listening to that one

hee hee, 'stiff' records, especially appropriate on this site

Indispensable. "If It Means Everything To Everyone, It Must Be A Stiff" :biggrin1:

Although I seem to have a 90s Rhino box set of the same thing. There's differences in the track listings - i.e., Nick Lowe, responsible for starting Stiff, has "I Love My Label" missing from xLx's version.

No worries though - "Heart Of The City" is still on both

James Morrison - This Boy

And also The Pieces Don't Fit anymore by the same person.

What do people think? Some of his songs are okay but most are nothing special. One of my favourite artists has said he loves James Morrison, "what a voice."

When your minds made up - by Glen Hansard (The Frames)

from the film Once

It's Irish - so not bad St Patricks Day viewing too!
Plus it's bloody wonderful!
