Why is this not a woman's issue? It is about women's feelings and sensations. A man can not answer how does a cut dick feel to a woman's vagina as opposed to an uncut one.

In addition to what the other guy said... if it's an issue that affects WOMEN, it's a woman's issue. Birth control, pregnancy, etcetera. If you want to ask a question and get only female responses, you do so in "Ask a Woman".
