The majority of porn when they try to act it's all bad. Like with Latinleche, the guys they "pick up", is always some random twink who claims they never done anything with a guy, but then magically turn into a master cocksucker in minutes.

Maybe production has it all planned out on their end, but I think a lot of them are real for the most part.. Especially some of the earlier ones. Most people are terrible actors, especially porn actors.
They also could hire the guys before filming but give them minimal details. That's the only other way I could see them pulling it off without looking ridiculously fake.
