A person's sexuality is related to the gender(s) they're attracted to, not to the kind of genitals they enjoy interacting with. They don't determine what gender a person is. Just like a gay guy won't stop being gay if he enjoys playing with trans men's clits, Dan won't stop being straight just because he likes trans women's dicks you might think are not "feminine" enough or something.
