He's a massive grifter but I find it all a bit sad in all honesty. A life of boarding different planes and announcing you're in business class, when in reality you're unemployed and have nothing to do when you land other than sit in a cafe and pretend you like coffee - he used to tweet about how much he hated coffee when he was younger.

I know he writes the occasional clickbait article for a blog and maybe translates on the side - although I'm not sure he still does this.
