Hello everyone,

Long time reader but first post here.

I have 3-4 spots/patches on my penis head and on my foreskin area. The one on my penis head I’ve had since birth, the one on my foreskin I’m not too sure if I remember seeing it. My partner says he has noticed it.

I’m hoping they are nothing to worry about.

They are very smooth, feel like it’s just my normal skin, not raised and do not itch/bleed in anyway. The one on my penis head has never changed but due to not knowing about the one on my foreskin, I’m not sure if it’s ever changed. The third picture is the one I’m most worried about??

Thanks for any help

I would guess that it is just hyper-pigmentation. Hopefully somone who owns a penis will be able to chime in. If noone is able to give a clear and definitive answer, by all means make an appointment with your doctor. But I would say this is a walk don't have to run for an appointment. You don't need to drop eveything and go in w/in 24 hrs.
Good luck!

Appointment booked for today. You are right, I shouldn’t take any risks. Hopefully it’s nothing. Like I said, the one on the head of my penis I’ve had since birth.

I’m of mixed raced decent and know that these patches can be common.

Thank you both for your replies.

I've got the same thing too. But now that you've planned on seeing a doc, you should follow through and get his opinion.

Sorry for the late reply.

The doctor said they are just moles and are nothing to worry about. I may get more around the age of 30. He said just simply monitor them and if they change to go back.

Thanks for all the help :)
