Daniel Radcliffe

Well, those pics aren't illegal! They were shot for a public legal play!! Why then would it be forbidden to be placed on a site (like this one?)

I think I've read enough of the 3zillion12hundredty7 mod posts on this topic to answer that question.

This board is governed by US law - the servers are in the US and therefore the material stored on the servers (including links) is subject to US law. Under US law the pictures you are referring to are of a minor. An under 18 y.o. There is no argument - you may find the pics elsewhere and jack off til you faint - you may not post them here, you may not link to them here. Before he turned 18 open discussion of Radcliff was out also. Now he is 18 you can type what you like. Why anyone would be arsed is beyond me.

Can we please drop this 'why aren't the pics allowed' stuff now. They just aren't. It is not open to debate. Not here - maybe in congress - but not here.

Interesting.. I hadnt realize he appearred nude in the play as a minor...

Wow..

The laws are the laws.. I am manager for a gay publication here and we are bound by many laws. I know the internet is also scrutinized for anything pf this nature. Personally I appreciate the strictness, because it is a law.

Quite frankly, the day before he is 18, vs the day after he is 18.. nothing changes but a number and your legal status. You dont begin to glow, automatically get more mature or get elevated to God-liek status.

However.. I love the site and dont wish it to disappear cause someone showed a law-breaking image.

The play was put on in the UK - where 16 is the legal age of consent.

I agree totally - nothing changes with the number - but there has to be a cut off point. Otherwise there are just a bunch of grey areas as to who is legal and who is not and that would be so open to so much abuse.

I saw Daniel Radcliffe naked on stage earlier this year when he was 17. I was in the expensive seats at the front of the stalls so got a good close up view (and a strained neck :biggrin1: ). It's a fantastic, engrossing play. The ballet dancer playing the horse he rides on was gorgeous, dead sexy when Daniel mounted him and rode him around the stage bare chested. The 'horse' had fantastic stage presence which Radcliffe lacks, kit on or off.

On the point above you still have to be 18 to appear in an adult hardcore video, magazine or website but the stage, television and everyday magazines are different rules. I remember once a couple of years ago turning on Channel 4 one morning and there was a schools programme about growing up, with boys - one each of every age from 11-18 - in a swimming pool (but not in the water) stark naked together showing full frontal close ups of every stage of body development from pre-puberty to grown up. I was astonished this was on national TV at 9.00 in the morning - but I suppose paedophiles are at work by then. It was a curious idiom, to put them in a swimming pool where they might be near-naked but have them stark bollock naked - to my knowledge there are no nude public pools in the UK where children are allowed to run around and swim naked.

Alright then! I was just wondering. I don't even like him that much :)
Thnx for all the answers

You might try DListed.com, find Radcliffe and read down to see the unedited photo. Some folks claim that the shot has been photoshopped. I don't know if it has or has not, however I did print the picture out and it proudly sits on my aftershave shelf in the B-room. !!!

One can always dream.

Best Regards

P.S.xjustin4U You are quite nucely equipped yourself.

I always try and remember "that it's not the size of the pencil, it's how you write your name !"
