Considering his height his penis and ball size is pretty in proportion to him, which is to say it is average, maybe even above average if he is a grower. But the stage is cold and he is probably nervous as hell doing that scene which could also effect his flaccid size so I would not base his accurate size fully on these pics.

That being said, kudos for him being so blase about being naked when in todays world most guys his age are scared to even being seen in their underwear by their own parents.

The guy is an actor. What is at issue is his identification with the "Harry Potter" character. I saw him on PBS when he played opposite Kim Cattrall (Sex in the City) in the movie "My Boy Jack." Cattrall played the American wife of Rudyard Kipling during World War I and Radcliffe played Rudyard's son, Jack Kipling who died in World War 1. He was excellent in the role of the smoking, myopic son who goes to war and dies in his first battle: a compelling antiwar drama.

I can't believe how mean some of you guys are. A famous photograper once told me that "it takes a lot to look big on camera." An average penis looks small on camera. A big penis looks average on camera. This is because the penis is put in context with the rest of the male's body, competing with the size of the waist, thickiness and length of the legs, etc. Unless you have a penis down to your knees you can on camera look "small."
