i audibly gasped whilst watching this scene in the theater!
 
The movie was cut to shreds by reshoots. It was actually really obvious. I do wonder if he had more to do initially.
that was actually fake, the movie only had a few reshoots and in my opinion turned out very well :)
 
I really thought the movie was a mess and I like Sam as Captain America and thought the new Falcon was the highlight but it's a bad movie and Anthony Mackie deserved better.

Saying that, the MCU gets these dynamic on point.

Whether it's Steve/Bucky, Steve/Sam, Sam/Bucky and now Sam/Joaquin. I love them all.
 
The movie seemed desperate to seem apolitical. Which is incredibly stupid because it was obviously intended as a political movie. The bones are all there. The bit at the end of "America returning to normalcy" felt so awkward and forced.

It would be like if they had made Winter Soldier and then took out all the subterfuge. Winter Soldier is a spy thriller, you can't make a spy thriller without spies.
