Short answer : yes. When he's ready to marry, he'll probably be all over the place with the lucky girl. But until then his vids focus on him and whichever guys guest.

Yea I'd have to agree. I'd say it's David keeping it all under wraps rather than whatever random girl he's with. Cause with the level of his social media popularity and the rockiness of that "one thing" he did a few years back, I'm sure after all of that it's easier for him to just keep it all to himself.
