Okay, I have just started the training by myself. The smallest Dildo I have in possession is 8”/20cm long and 1.5”/40mm of width. This is not the perfect starter Dildo, I would recommend smaller… Some in this thread have already mentioned some sizes and trust me, starting big could cause more harm than fun.
I have tried it for about an hour in the shower, because I know how messy it could ge t. Took my time and went slowly, every time I gagged or felt discomfort I stopped. I tried using lube but all the odds were against me… I did not like the taste of my lube, it tasted like raspberry… Ew. For about 20 minutes I tried learning not to gag when it touched the back of my neck. At some point when I felt the gagreflex going slightly away, I just let it sit there for as long as I could (20 sec max). I only was halfway through and knew from that point it could only get better. I did that until even the discomfort went away. I tried going deeper and deeper and felt the glad of my dildo just pushing against the back of my throat and it was crazy to me how easy it felt like for a second. Keep in mind these are all small steps to take, I did not want to hurt myself doing the training since the Dildo is massive. After around 45 minutes I thought “fuck it” and that’s where everything went a bit south. The dildo was 3/4th in my mouth and I tried to go deeper but forgot to take it easy so I puked. I collected myself, rinsed my mouth and dildo with water and took a short 5 minutes break. Once I was OK, I went back to business, I turned the Dildo upside down and let it slide and try to get it fully in, at this time it felt like a slight discomfort? My throat muscles were not relaxed and I felt that when I did relax my throat, it didn’t hurt and could slide more and more in. Sadly I couldn’t go fully in yet, but hey, practice makes perfect and that’s when I stopped.
What I learned as a beginner:
- Small Dildo who is not inferior in size of 6.5”/16.5cm and is also not too thick, will make it easier to learn.
- Don’t eat for atleast 3 hours before going down on someone or the Dildo if you are trying to deepthroat that far. I don’t know if it works but drinking water could help? (I will try that out next time and keep you updated on that)
- Go slow, take your time, don’t get upset if it doesn’t fully workout for you, that’s fine, you’ll get there.
- Now that when going down make sure that if you’re wearing anything that you will get snot, mucus, saliva etc on there, when going down I literally made a mess and the more of a mess you make the easier it is to deepthroat that dick.
