This post has been deleted (along with all his other posts), but it's a sentiment I see from a lot of OF creators and it's just dead wrong. When you aren't making as much money as you hoped to, the natural inclination is to raise your prices. You think ... higher prices means more money. But that's not how business/economics work. I really wish some of these guys that are serious about building a business on OF would take some business/economics classes. It would do them a lot of good.Dennis Dillon said:

Few months ago I could see myself doing this for 5-10-20 years so didn’t want to work with studios and publish my content but sentiment of this is changing
Subscribers too. There isn’t many people that are staying longer than one month.
The reason people aren't staying longer than a month is because the content you are providing for the subscription fee is not worth the cost of the subscription. Jacking up your prices isn't going to get more subscribers or get the few people that do subscribe to spend more. There are plenty of OF creators that have long-time renewing subscribers and they make great money, even in the face of increased competition. The OF creator space is not nearly as crowded as it was a couple years ago, so increased competition is not the reason people are making less money there. The people that do make good money don't do it by hiding everything of quality between $50+ per video pay walls. I feel like I've said this a hundred times, but it remains true. The way to make the most money on OF is to build your renewing subscriber base as big as you can by providing quality content at a reasonable price that people are willing to pay. Raising your prices just drives people away, leaving you poorer.

one suggestion I'd make is that Dennis does what other pornstars do and charge slightly more to subscribe, release material at a reasonable cost , then after 3 or 4 months post the material for free on his wall. There are people who'd pay for stuff on release, eager to see the scene, but more people would subscribe and probably stay subscribed if every few months free content was added.....But on another note, perhaps Dennis doesn't plan to stick around in the business for long and believes this is the way to make as much money as poss before early retirement???Very true

Why? Dennis hasn't done anything wrong and although Austin is most likely guilty - we don't know all the details yet, only what's been written on forums. If Austin is eventually found guilty , perhaps Dennis can then remove the films.

Hey guys about my removal of videos with some performers. I was sharing my opinion about this on streams but for me it is a business I worked hard enough and was dieting for a months to look that way for Mexico collabs. I dont know any of creators I am not watching any content and not consuming. For many people this might be or collabing with someone is something close not only sexual but emotional. When I am used as a tool and do it for money for me sex isnt anything that is binding me with someone anymore. Some people removed content because of their followers. I have done nothing wrong I do only fans for money not for fun if there is at least single person who comes tomorrow or in a week and buys the video for 20 or 30 dollars ill make 20 or 30 dollars and can go buy groceries. If someone is really angry about my videos or collabs he can compensate it and I will delete the scene but I dont think anyone of my followers is waking up in the morning and saying"I need to go to work so I can make Dennis rich" or "I need to train so Dennis can look good" I am the one doing work. You have introduced me into industry guys in collage I used to sleep 3 to 5h a day taking meds and drug enhancments to stay awake. I was the one waking up wanting to work and repay my followers somehow. Creators arent group of people. We are all digging our own graves we are not friends. And also when I was in mexico Austin was in real life very nice and caring person. He was earning probably the most and was the most busy and found a time to help me when I was facing issues and was alone there. I am not politician I was never doing anything ever to hurt others or something wrong on purpose but I am not gonna be deleting something what is making me still money no matter how unethical it is I make porn for living it isnt ethical at all.
