I doubt whether there's any correlation. If there were, my IQ'd probably double.
Somebody mentioned Milton Berle as reputedly having a huge dick. In his heyday, the size of his wang was legendary throughout show biz. In this regard, he was known as "Mr. East Coast" (Forrest Tucker, who was on display daily at the Beverly Hills Health Club, was "Mr. West Coast").

What was noticeable was that the responses looked like they could've come from a convention of Mensa members. Everyone claimed to be a genius; nary an idiot or moron in the group. Penis size was reasonably well distributed, although predictably slightly top heavy with escapees from LPSG.

I read this many years ago and can't recall definitely. But apparently there was a picture of him and the philosopher Paul Edwards (editor of The Encyclopedia of Philosophy) both nude after some communal bathing.
I've just googled the obvious possibilities, but nothing comes up.
People with an agenda can always find something to support their devious thought processes.
I would think the relation between races and test scores would have more to do with culture, education and parenting.

I think that intelligence is rather bound to…
… for the animal reign scale… the size of the brain…
The specie/sub-specie homo sapiens sapiens has got a big brain comparatively to other mammals species… and its brain is also big relatively to its overall body…
… for our specie scale… the quality and the organization of the connections between the brain cells/neurons… This particular point leads me to think that intelligence is difficult to define because each person has a unique way for its neurons to connect to each other… which allows intelligence to appear under several and various aspects…

You all are laughing, but the OP didn't make this up. It has to do with evolutionary trade offs, the idea is some races are more R selected and some K selected due to the environments they evolved in.
I'm not saying it's true, but a few scientists have had the balls to suggest something like this.
