Almost none. You'll find maybe a few that have a measured pic of 9+ inches.
For reference, the official penis nerds of LPSG have counted the pixels and assured us that Mandingo is no more than 9.5 inches. And he's considered to have the most length in the industry, at least until Julio Gomez manages to get more than an 85% erection.

Mine is exactly 8" hard. In regards to the OPS question , the biggest I ever saw was 9" + and very thick. They are out there, but few & far between
