i need your help, i hope you guys can help me because it's troubling me.
I'll be short. Because of my weight, i've been taking drugs every morning against high-blood pressure, gout, and diabetes (i do not have diabetes, it prevents it) for many years. Once i caught something on my peepee so i had to rub a cream on it. I don't have a mushroom head but it is thick, problem: it was so thick when i pulled the skin that i couldn't cover it anymore. I wasn't in erection, i started to panic to pull the skin back on it. I did it. The next day i felt like, as i saw it, my penis has changed shape, that it wasn't the same form as it's used to. I didn't feel a thing, i wasn't hurt at all.
When i do get erections, the head is bigger than ever. I don't remember the name but i usually can stretch the skin completely but now my head gets so engorged that if i pull it, i can't put it back. Worth noticing (?), my orgasms got way more intense, more sensitive it's insane.
I don't have problem at all, it doesn't hurt at all, there is no bad aspect but changes are obvious, my penis has changed which sounds insane. I am aware there are maybe obvious factors: my overweight, the drugs i take, the day i panicked, etc. But is it possible that it "evolves" lol? How is it possible? Did someone ever experience this?

I did, there is nothing about physical side-effect on the penis. It's definitely one of the weirdest sentences i ever wrote.

It doesn't hurt at all, it doesn't embarrass or bother at all, it's just i noticed a difference. I don't need to see a doctor about a Pokemon penis.

Are you saying that after using the cream that your foreskin is tighter? That it gets stuck behind the head of your penis, and doesn't roll forward to cover the head? That could indeed be a side effect of the cream.

Your doctor should be consulted, just to make sure the foreskin isn't so tight that circulation is affected. Trust me, they've probably seen hundreds of patients with the same situation.

See a doctor, ASAP. You need to get a professional diagnosis as to what's going on.

I was not talking about actual fat deposit on the *drumroll* penis, i meant to ask if it could trigger something like this. Fat goes in every part of the body, it's not me stating, it's a physiological fact.
To end this because apparently there is no clear answer, maybe it's the blood pressure for being obese, or the manipulation in itself that time, etc. In any case, i was curious to know if someone else had experiences the same thing. Hopefully there is no changing in my daily use of penial needs, sexual and not sexual.
It was odd when it happened, that's all, no pressure! I'll see in a while if it's back to it's former shape when i lose weight. Thank you all.

I can only guess you have had low blood flow most of your life and possibly new medication/cream you have been taking has restored it to how it should have been.

What did you catch on your penis and what kind of cream? It could be scarring or inflammation that won’t let you pull the foreskin over the way you used to. Definitely agree you should talk to a doctor

It was a year ago. I'm obese, i caught fungus twice, this was the second time i was using cream and a shower gel. Everything went in order, i didn't have one since then and i take care of my penis on a daily basis. I did have phimosis when i was a child but it's been taken care off over the years, i managed to stretch the skin like anyone according to my father's advice. No problem here.
See how puzzling this is? This is absolutely not a medical case, it's abnormal only visually somehow, i don't have any trouble peeing, masturbating, having sex. It's just that my dickhead is big, always has been as in naturally is what i mean, but that time it was so big that my penis changed a bit. My weight doesn't help in any way, that's the reality. But it's not a medical emergency at all, it's just surprising, one of those "ok so this happened" moment. It's very hard to explain, but thank you really, all of you for all your answers. I was more curious than concerned. My dickhead is big. It happens. Just also the fact that i precum a lot usually but since i'm on medication, i precum even more. Not that i or anyone else complain hashtag lol? XD
