I feel like the "DILF" is only a thing for homo/bisexual men and women already in a committed relationship with said "DILF". I dont think its ever going to become the mirror image of MILF, as in an older woman/woman with kids that men in general find especially attractive.

Agreed. Whereas men of all sexual preferences will use the term "MILF" to describe an attractive, mature woman (technically, with children), women do not use the symmetrical term "DILF" to describe an attractive, mature man (technically, with children). Such women would creep themselves out doing so in any serious manner. But homosexual and bisexual men will use the term "DILF" and it hardly matters if the man is a father -- any attractive, mature male will suffice.
