Dillon Cassidy (twitter)

I am really sad for what this site turned into. I ve been reported for sharing two pics he posted on his twitter. Social media content is not copyright protected once u post. The picture becomes PUBLIC. If I was stealing content from his OF to post here I would be quiet. Unfair as hell

This is not accurate. It’s still very much copyrighted and the owner can choose when and where and how the content is shared.

I’ve yet to see someone be sued for sharing anything. It also doesn’t help our boy dilly that he sends vids and nudes on the apps, which is arguable consenting to their distribution. My boyfriend is a lawyer.

The content creator alone determines the terms of their consent, i.e. how their content is distributed.

I don’t argue that but how’s the receiving public or even someone who shares after the fact supposed to know that? It’s fairly impossible. Hence why you don’t see rampant lawsuits just content removal. It’s be different if the content was never made for distribution and somehow stolen from a server. Etc.
