Work at doing what exactly? If you mean enlarge your penis on its own, likely not unless you've been suffering from serious ED and your penis has shrunken through disuse.
A quality brand herbal supplement may improve your gains with a PE exercise regimen by increasing blood flow.

I think that I have already answered this question a number of times, but, I absolutely hate to see men get ripped-off again and again and again.
With regards to things commonly marketed inside the U.S. with "implied enlargement" the answer is no. There is no herbal that will permanently enlarge a penis period.
The companies doing this (All of them) get around FDA guidelines by implying everything and yet saying in truth nothing. If they say: "That special part of the male body", in Court they can have a bunch of high priced lawyers claim the special part to be anything. The minute they say the word "penis" and make an actual claim the FDA will finally have them.
Under new FDA guidelines imposed after the introduction of ProHormones a few years ago where genetically engineered plant sterols were made active in the human body, the rules were completely revised. If any compound is capable of causing change on a cellular level such as enlargement it is not able to be sold as a supplement over the counter, but instead must be sold as a "drug" and a qualifying MD must be able to both prove need and to then write a prescription for the drug.
These products have been tested again and again and have been proven again and again to be biologically inactive. The main effect that they may have is on erections and this is only in that some may induce a partial erection.
Any drug found to contain the following" Sildenafil (Viagra/Muse), Vardenafil (Levitra) or Tadalafil (Cialis) will in fact get the owners of the company imprisoned because these drugs are considered to be biologically active under FDA guidelines.
The only thing that has so far escaped scruitny and that is because the FDA is not on the ball with it has so far been Tonkat Ali. There may be numerous things available outside the United States that may have a positive effect, but they are not available here.
The main things that pills currently enlarge are the wallets of those making them based on the people that they mislead or fool into buying their products by implication of an effect.

Any Aspirin or IB Profen will work too (just remember to take it after a meal or it may cause stomach irritation), the acetametaphin opens up blood vessels which allows for the transport of more oxygen to the capillaries.

I've tried many of them and none of them have worked. They are pretty useless and you would rather spend 1/2 hour jelqing.
About as well as putting a quarter under your pillow and hoping the penis fairy will visit you.

They only cost 15.95 form Puritan's Pride. so I trying them out and they do not say they will make you bigger!!!
