Midgets are just small people right under a certain height. Dwarfism is a genetic condition.

So they're completely different. Midgets should technically vary in size ldown below like normal sized people. I don't know about dwarfs, those pics of weeman look tiny, I havn't seen many really life penis's but my life class model has a hole in his ball sac where his little willy hides. I doubt they are generally smaller.
