The women I had do it for a couple of years was pretty good but after about a year I started to get ingrown hairs with the same routine for my side. Not sure if she changed wax or anything but I noticed they changed from aloe after the wax to something else so I figure that must have been the issue.
All that to say a women doing the wax still gave me an erection and I damn near popped the second time I ever got waxed (first time I was super nervous!). She didn't bat an eye though.
