Cyrus is definitely hotter and one of the others whose name I don't know. That being said, Cyrus looks horrible in promo pics and red carpet/paparazzi photos

At first they’re indoors then go out to a petrol station. When they’re indoors I think they may be naked behind them at least in some shots.
Outdoors they’re definitely pretending as you can see little flashes of their underwear waist bands.
The towels are very slightly transparent indoors though when the heavy light hits them. Someone with more skills than me might be able to clear some stills up.
