Hi there everyone, so after I wake up i am generally in my 9-10 hour range of my fast. If I put creatine in my water in the morning will that break the fast? Does creating even have any calories?

Thanks for reading!

Creatine has caloric value. If you are taking in calories then you are not fasting.

Water and nothing else, or you aren't fasting. Some teas can be okay, but not if you put milk, cream, sugar or anything else with calories in it. I would say that includes artificial sweeteners, even if they don't have calories.

Oh yah for sure, I was not sure if it was at a zero with the creatine.
