Does the skin on the head of my dick look normal?
It used to be smooth and now it has a texture to it and looks dry.
Is there anything I can use to sort this?

I have seen a doctor, just looking for something to sort the dry skin and to see if anyone else has had the same issue?

I moisturise mine.

Its probably done that way because you keep your foreskin back. I much prefer the dry velvety head

Looks fine to me, mine is textured as I was circumcised as a boy. If in doubt, see a doctor, or start using a moisturiser.

The texture and color of the glans' skin looks pretty normal to me. Unless it's causing you discomfort, see a medical professional then. Nice glans.
