Does PE really work?

So the gain of almost 1" in flaccid length over a time of 6 months prove that PE does not work I guess.

FYI, of course stretching brings no gains in girth. There other things for that.

Nice to see that you're still here, Snakebyte :) This forum still gets its fair share of these types of comments, I see :)

I read it.

"use the penile extender for at least 4 h/day for 6 months"

"Mean gain of 1.7 cm stretched"

"No significant changes in penile girth were detected."

So these guys had to put there peckers in a dick stretching contraption for a minimum of 672 hours for a mean gain of 0.7 inch in stretched length, no gain in circumference.

His point was that it works, not that it was easy. Even the WebMD article said stretching works.

It should also be noted that extenders produce very light but sustained tension; whereas manual stretches (and heavy weight hanging) produce intense but brief bursts of tension. One should find what techniques work best for them.

Why are there always so many naysayers? Today was my first day doing PE, and I used the Penomet hydro pump. I had gotten curious 4-5 years ago, but never bit the bullet because I figured all those devices were scams. Now my mind is wandering wondering how huge I would be today if I started way back then. Being my first day, I don't know if my gains will be permanent, but there are many success stories on this site and others. If someone didn't get any gains, they were doing something wrong.

I have already noticed a huge difference in flaccid length, myself being a grower and not a shower. I had to swing by the office about 3 hours after I pumped, and 2 cute friends were definitely more flirty than normal. Could just be a coincidence, and I never caught them trying to check out my package, but it was definitely a marked difference. To me, that was worth the price of admission right there.

Judging from the forums, I think length gains are harder to achieve then girth, but there are TONS of free testimonials on here about people achieving both. Stretchers seem to be the way to go for length (gains are slow to materialize, so stick with it!!) and hydropumps like the Penomet and Bathmate are amazing for girth and fast. You will see an instant temporary gain from day 1, and trust me, that is all the motivation you will need to want to stick with it.

Even if it never gives you even a .25" gain, the confidence boost you seem to be enjoying should be reason enough to do it for the rest of your life.

Just by changing things up in the last six months I have added .5" to my length. I wish way back even when I started PE off and on I had taken a few pics. But I do remember where I started with length.......Was 5.8 Now after many years I am 7.2 X 6.2 thick. Most of my gains have come in the last two years .
I see PE like any one who achieves noticeable goals in the world. For instance look at a competitive runner or cyclist. Training can be the same for years, but for some reason a minor change, or a couple more hours a week. What ever it was the individual makes gains that they had not seen in the past. That difference in the race may only be 1/100th of a second ..... Then again that may be an INCH !

Most guys try it for only 6 months, don't gain a thing, and go away thinking PE is total bullshit. As many have said and many more will say as well, it takes time, patience, CONSISTENCY, and again, time. Pics of other guys and their progress is okay, but I can only go on my own experiences to know that PE works. I've maintained a workout lig for a few years and my measurement readings from then until now tell the story. I know it's worked for me.

Yes, it works based on personal experience, as others here have attested. It is possible that it might not work for everyone. Body tissue composition does vary from individual to individual. Also, many guys, the majority perhaps, are not going to be in a position to make the necessary time commitment and most will not have the discipline.

It is not unusual for an individual to experience a significant "newbie gain" within a few months. This might be in flaccid size only, or both flaccid and erect size. Some gain length more easily, while others gain girth more easily. Initially, I gained length more easily, but now I seem to be gaining girth more than length.

After the initial "newbie gains" (if any) progress typically becomes progressively slower as others have noted.

So the bottom line is it does work. Will one see huge gains? Probably not. Is it practical? Probably not for many, or perhaps most.

Seriously, it's not like PE take 8 hours a day or something, just try it. If hundreds and hundreds of guys have reported gains....either it's black magic or the PE doing the job.

People think science understands everything, but the whole idea of science is to help understand things, and that being said we don't know the science behind everything...and THAT being said, don't go to it as a know all.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you were not born with a good sized penis, then all of the techniques you try will not make a difference. Get good with your hand and mouth and find a woman who had never had something big and hope she doesn't find out latter (like I did) that size DOES matter.

Yes it works, the first thing i noticed was the permanent increase in my flaccid length and then girth and then length.
I'm new to it myself and before i did PE i was 7.25 x 5.25 NBPEL but now i am 7.5 x 5.5 NBPEL and this is within 1 month!!! Simply done by following the JP90 plan "Correctly".
I'm not in it for huge gains i will be content when i hit my goal of 8.0 x 6.0 NBPEL, which i plan to achieve by the start of next year.
Of course i will up my routine with some new exercises in a few months, but i've read some horror stories so i'm taking it slow to start and it's working, and i have no reason to lie, so go for it!!!

not everyone is a size queen, some girls hate large penises.

It seems that those who say it works say it requires a significant time commitment. I don't think that's a reason not to do it. Like weightlifting, you will only become very strong if you have the time for 3-4 workouts per week, but I don't see that as a reason for someone who can't make that time commitment to not get in 1-2 workouts a week. Sure his gains will be less but it's better than nothing.

That said, is there a PE routine designed for those short on time? For example something that can be done in 15 minutes a day while in the shower? If this stuff really works then guys would benefit from such a routine, at least to a point.

Hell yes it really works. Just try Jelqing for one week, everyday for 5 minutes and youll see length gains. Not HUGE gains, but youll see them. Penis Enlargement works.

That's very personal, not everybody gains length out of that, mostly girth, I did try for a short while and I sure got a better working unit, more vascularity and a better flaccid fullness, I guess it takes lot of dedication to get permanent results like every kind of body training even though penis wise there is no muscle but, still, consistent work will pay off but my guess is from 6 you don't get to 8 :frown1:
