Well, to start off, I would say I'm not a "breast man" but an "areola man". A larger areola gets me more aroused than large breasts. If they are larger than her palms I go nuts. When a woman has larger areola, were they always that large? Is there anything that happens in life that makes them change size? I'm not talking about the small change when the nipple gets erect and the areola draws up and gets smaller. I've seen some forums where women complain about having large areola.

My areola got a bit larger from 18 to my current age, but it was relatively minor, and I think part of that was after going through a pregnancy and having a child. They haven't shrunk any since then, but they didn't get massive, either. For myself, I'm thankful, as I don't find areola the size of my hand very appealing (yes, I'm exaggerating, but my point stands).

In a word, yes. I went from a DD to a G cup in six years. As the girls grew so did their "smiles." But my areoles were never extremely large.

In fact, when I had breast reduction the surgeon explained how they would be taken down in proportion. I said no, don't touch them.

Now they are proportional to my size. Win-win.

First, congrats on your perfectly proportional nipples! :D

Second, though I don't want to hijack this thread, but I do have a quick question for you... did you lose any sensitivity after your reduction surgery? Asking as a 34E hoping to someday be a 34C.

And finally, to answer the OP, mine have been the same size for as long as I can remember.

Quite the opposite, actually. I now have much more sensitivity, and the doctor cannot explain why. That was quite a surprise.

And let me just say this, I wish I would have done it years before. Good luck!
