My responses are ancient history, as my dorm years were over 20 years ago, back when casual male nudity was more commonplace.

All of the above, except sex, as I was deeply closeted. We didn't "hang out" per se, but it was totally normal to walk around naked in the dorm room and engage in conversation while changing. College was the first time when guys other than my brother saw my penis on a regular basis and I was still learning to control getting erections in these situations, so I kept my moments of nudity brief and kept the towel nearby at the beginning, but even in these brief exchanges, I loved showing off that I was "one of the guys", i.e. comfortable with other guys seeing my dick.

We had stalls, but the hooks were on the opposite wall, so we all saw each other naked between hanging the towel and getting in the shower and vise-versa and while toweling off after the shower. A few modest guys hung their towels over the towel bar. The least modest guys would hang their towel on the hook even if there wasn't a shower available yet. I had to be careful with this (per my note in #1), but gradually started to work this in, too.

Always in front of the mirror. Some guys did it with towels wrapped around them, some naked, both were acceptable. I started with the towel, and graduated to naked when I learned to control erections in these situations. I would drape my towel over the edge of the sink so my dick wasn't directly rubbing against the sink.

A common prank was to steal each others towels while we were showering (sort of our equivalent of pantsing). If you caught them through the crack and had had good reflexes, you could grab your towel back. Nudity was part of dorm life. I’m totally lost on how uptight guys are these days about seeing another penis.
Women were only allowed on the floor during certain hours. Women had to be announced and by that I mean a guy would literally yell down the hallway, “woman on the floor”. The stalls had no curb, there was literally one large drain in the middle of the room collecting the water. There were 3 or 4 shower stalls on each side of the small room. The sinks were lined up opposite the stalls with one long mirror and a wooden shelf running below it. We all carried ditty bags with our grooming supplies. I could’ve written the same entry myself. I guess I spent too many years in athletic locker rooms and became indifferent to nudity.
