Well not sure why you were douching. That's a feminine wash buddy. What you may have been doing or wanting to donwas an enema. And as I've had one medically administered I can tell you it takes several visits or sessions to totally clean you out but 1-3 enemas with warm water will usually do the trick if you need to clean up down there. I've done this with my wife when we attempted some anal play, for both of us. So just give a few of those a shot and male sure not to eat for a little while I guess, not too sure about the digestion part. But a few enemas will have ya feeling clean. And its actually quite healthy for your intestines.
You could also get a professional colon cleanse. COLONIC .... find a colonic therapist in your area ... takes about an hour of non-stop cleansing...
Truth. Your system is what you put into it. The more leafy greens and fibrous veggies you consume the better the bacteria and the cleaner your colon. The fiber helps to clean the intestinal walls as it moves slower through the intestines. The standard American diet is a joke. Completely ass backwards. Try checking out anything on Nutritarian and it should give ya an insight into the right things to eat to actually help with that and like he said it shouldn't be done too often.
hey man what u can do is do an enema then follow that up wit warm water. get one of those red bags for that from the drug store.would have to do it while kneelin in the tub or the floor so u can get to the toilet to empty it out. dependin on diet shouldn't take long but u will be clean for a hours

you should have one solid, firm, enjoyable bowl movement every morning... if you arn't, then that is what they call irregular. If that's the case, you need to get yourself regular, or you will never really be 'clean' down there... I hate using the word clean, it's not as iff you are dirty, but you may not be healthy and you certainly wont enjoy a good fuck if you arn't. Do you eat enough fiber? do you drink too much, or like the others here have said... do you eat a lot of junk?

I try not to eat junk food, stay away from beef, eat mostly fish, and leafy green veggies, stay away from cokes/sodas, drink freshly made green tea and water. I douche with a enema bottle, I use the same one (keep refilling it) takes me about 45 mins to a squeaky clean ass. If I eat junk food it takes 20 mins longer to be clean inside. It is the bottom's lot in life to keep a clean ass. The tops don't understand what we have to go thru. Just be patient, make sure you haven't eaten anything in a 12 hour period before your date, and when you douche.

It usually takes 12 hours for a suppository to do any good. Still it is advisable to douche prior to a date. Even a suppository is not effective enough. Don't rely on just the suppository alone.
